This year theme was focused on how social protection systems and public services can be strengthened to address the needs of women and girls, particularly in the context of sustainable infrastructure and gender equality. 

WIN highlighted the importance of inclusive policies that ensure equal access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunities for women, especially in marginalized communities. They advocated for the creation of sustainable infrastructure that supports women’s empowerment and promotes gender equality in both public services and social protection systems.
