Marilyn Fowler was founder or WIN in 1994. After the conference in Beijing, she brought the ‘infant’ WIN back to California and put down roots in in San Francisco, California. WIN became an international organizatin that stands for woman’s rights locally and globally.

Young high school girl. Who was nominated to be the best youth photographer. She has done her projects about woman in different cultures. Being passioned about women’s rights, she became a WIN member and was a delegate from WIN in UN.
